I used to draw in restaurants as a kid. This was an ordinary activity for any child, but it was different for me. Most children stop drawing in public spaces around 10 years old, but I never stopped. I never stopped looking at the world around me and seeing endless compositions. I developed my craft to include not just drawings, but paintings, and eventually concentrated in digital photography. I enjoy working in either black and white or very saturated and vivid colors.  My strongest subject matter to photograph is people in their natural settings. Observing people's actions, expressions, and interations is something that intrigues me so greatly because it helps me to understand and feel connected to those around me. Studying art and media and communications at Muhlenberg College has created the environment where my passion for photography can grow as I do. Each day is a new day to capture life through the lens of my camera and make sense of what previously was incomprehensible.
